Suzanne Holtkamp

Both of them knew instinctively that the secret to success could be found by
following the simple philosophy of running a “family friendly” business,
making sure never to forget the two most important elements involved: their
customers and their employees.
Matthew and Suzanne absolutely insisted from the very beginning that they would follow only the highest business standards, and that included the level of service they would provide to their customers, and the quality of the equipment on which they would stake their reputation. It also meant that Holtkamp and its employees would be held to a higher standard than most other companies in the HVAC industry.

Our technicians must also meet stringent internal standards, which we validate through ongoing testing, while maintaining consistently high levels of professionalism, integrity and positive, “can-do” attitudes.
