If you are looking to save up to 50% on your home energy bills, then the GA Power Home Performance with Energy Star is the right thing to do.

How Much Does This Cost?:

  • This pricing is based on the number of HVAC systems, primarily because the audit requires airflow and leakage testing of the duck systems.  In fact, research has shown that most of the energy used in a home is consumed by its heating and cooling systems, and duck systems play a critical role in distributing that energy throughout the home.  Because of this, the pricing is based on the number of heating and cooling systems you have.  If you are unsure about how many you have, simply count the number of thermostats in your home.

  • Cost:  $400 for the first HVAC system, and $150 for each additional.
