It’s wonderful to have an experienced heating and air technician like Matthew Holtkamp! Our heat went out on Sunday with the polar vortex sweeping in. We called and Matthew came out that day and fixed us right up. ( can you imagine the owner of the company coming out on a Sunday?)We have used this company for about 20 years and would not consider anyone else. So reliable and trustworthy in every way!

Reached out to Holtkamp early in the morning. They responded quickly and Hunter arrived approximately an hour after my initial call. He had everything needed on hand, explained the repair process and finished the job in under an hour. This is my first experience using Holtkamp. I would recommend and will use again if a need arises.

Every service person from Holtkamp has been professional, knowledgeable, and nice. When we had a problem in the past, they came promptly. They give a 2 hour window fir arrival (as opposed to 4 hours with other services); and call you when they're on their way.

Kevin was polite and welcoming. Called when he was headed to my home and arrived on time, thoroughly serviced my HVAC furnace system. Provided me with his observations of any items of concern and the services performed. I felt that he was experienced, trustworthy, and responsible. They replaced our HVAC units several years ago when the cost of equipment was reasonable under the previous President and have had no issues since. Cut our electric bills $100 by installing efficient energy units. So when I saw Holtkamp had plumbing services, they were the first ones I thought of when our water system messed up. Hunter came out as scheduled and did a fantastic job and stayed with it until we had household water again. They are truly customer service oriented people.

Kevin was right on time for the appointment and I was greeted with a kind smile when he arrived. He was very professional during his time spent with me while replacing my thermostat. He was in and out within 20 minutes of his arrival. The defective thermostat was replaced and set up with no problems.
